Advancement to a higher tier depends on activity and consistency. x599 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

4.3 Promotional Abuse

If bonus abuse is detected — including arbitrage betting, use of bots, or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

5 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods can be used to deposit funds at x599: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 for each method
• Deposit transactions are generally completed instantly
• The account used for deposits must be registered in your own name; deposits through third parties are prohibited

6 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled
• x599 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at odds or payouts that were incorrectly set due to a system error

6.2 Sports Betting

Cricket betting is available across various leagues and series including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. If an event is postponed or abandoned, the applicable betting rules will apply separately for each market.

6.3 Responsible Betting

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and legal action:

• Intentionally attempting to exploit any technical error on the platform
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity

• Conducting transactions using a third party's mobile banking account

8 Account Closure and Suspension

x599 may immediately close or suspend your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms
• Detection of fraud, deception, or dishonest activity
• Failure to pass age verification or providing a false date of birth
• At the direction of legal authorities
• Extended period of account inactivity

8.2 Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time via our 24/7 live chat support. All valid balances can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be marked as inactive if there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. A maintenance fee may be applied to the balance of inactive accounts where applicable.
